I strongly recommend UDA. Very reliable local architects i know, It took them only 2 and half month to sort out the house plans issues for the house i bought back in 2012. I wanted to do extensions to my house and the Johannesburg municipality said they don't have approved plans in their archives. That's where i approached Upscale Design Architects for assistance. I had no hope as my hope as my house was build in 1964. They came to site and measured the entire house, withing 3 weeks they started with the additions. fast forward today, I am a happy man.
