Nice office location-pity about the parking and the 2 main acess roads on either side. Also seems more and more tenants are vacating, which is never a good sign. Overall, the place looks like it’s in need of some decent care and maintenance. The office blocks themselves overlook the spruit and the parks/green zones that surround it.
