This is the most horrifying experience I have ever had when I picked up my dog after waiting 2 hours, I have a wired hair Jack Russel and I asked just to trim a bit because it's so hot and just to open the eyes, " no problem" said the woman I will do exactly what you want. When I saw my dog I almost got a heart attack. The TEENAGER cut ALL my dogs hair off and thought she will be "creative" and leave my female wired hair dog with a mohawk!!!!!! How in the world???
They really have a passion for animals and give each one so much TLC. I highly recommend their service.
My appointment for my two small dogs was at 09.00 I got them back at12. 45.it being a hot day this was very tiring for me and my dogs. I will not use them again.
