Love the people... this is a review on wooden windows in general, regardless of the supplier. Our harsh weather damage the wood badly. If you are reading this and are deciding on windows, learn from my mistakes. I bought truck loads of wooden windows, built many houses and lodges with swartland, and they all came back to haunt me. You will have to treat them every 6 months, you will have to poison anything that eat wood, they will warp, and eventually you will replace all your wooden windows with aluminium ... there you have it from a x wood fanatic ... go ahead buy them, see for yourself. If you think I am wrong... tell me what to do?

My fibre cable got tangled up in the release spring and pulley system, subsequently snapping the fibre cable and damaging the garage door in such a way that it was impossible to close. I contacted Etienne at Van Acht Windows & Doors in Kaya Sands early on Monday morning and he promised that a team will be there within an hour. The friendly team arrived within said time and quickly serviced and fixed the garage door. I can highly recommend Van Acht Windows & Doors. Thank you for a job well done.
