If I could rate zero, I would. Took DeLonghi coffee machine in for repairs in December . . . after 4 days, we were informed nothing was wrong. Of course, you pay a non refundable amount of R300.00 just for testing. We thought, maybe, after them fiddling with the machine it was working . . . it was not. Took it back in January. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, we followed up. They were going to phone with a quote. They did not. After 2 days followed up again. My husband was told the machine was fixed. They serviced it without our consent and we just had to pay. We did, assuming the machine would work now. Once again - it did not! We had to take the machine back a 3rd time, for them to actually FIX the problem, and once again had to pay - they 'accommodated' us by not asking for work done, but only for the part, but in the mean time, we had to drive there - 3 times, and we stay in Irene! They are NOT professional. Their communication suck, and we will definitely not ever go back. PS. I actually know of someone that's got a case registered with the ombudsman due to bad work done by them . . .

Repaired my Kenwood Chef without confirming the quote. Claim that they phoned myself and my wife, but neither of us ever received any communication nor confirmed the quote. Then the lady rudely disagreed with me, insisting that she confirmed the quote. How can she question my / our integrity.?? What an unprofessional bunch. Don’t go there...
To buy spares - definitely the place to go. Bought appliances from you, then serviced washing machine, no problem, and then handed in my dishwasher for repair. After following up monthly on the repair progress - answer was next week/waiting for X part/never responded to message. After 12 months given up, bought a new one. Mine is either standing in your yard with the other 1000 and used for spare parts /already sold. Never again !!
Repaired a device and it worked for only 6 weeks. (At least I had a 3 month repair service warranty). Took appliance back and (so far) waiting 9 days for second repair. After numerous promises of “we will call you back”, still waiting. Hoping this time my appliance will be fixed properly at least. Update: Eventually after 17 days Of no-one phoning back I phoned and was told the device is ready for pick-up.

After the initial review (below) month ago my husband received a call from a manager about a week after, promises made, today 1 Feb 2021, still nothing. Funny to see how positive feedback from clients receive feedback but negative reviews are ignored. Jutst going to refresh my memory on the small claims court procedures, but except for complaint with the CGSO I think I will go to court. My previous cases in the small claims court were successful. I want to inform this company that after Covid there is lot of good people who lost their jobs that will fix your appliances at your home for a good price. Your constant failure to respond to numerous telephonic enquiries and WhatsApp enquiries regarding my Samsung Dishwasher that was handed in for repairs during June 2020 refers. You fail to give a satisfactory response as to what is causing the delay in repairing the machine and promise to call back with feedback, but never do (Suzette) As a last resort I am left with no choice but to seek assistance from the CGSO, a complain will be lodged today.
