Visited this Jeweller’s for the first time last month and ended up purchasing a new Rolex. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jaques and his manner of sales was refreshing for a Rolex AD. He was certainly Rolex knowledgeable but more than that his demeanor and relaxed manner put us at ease. At no point did I feel pressured and was very comfortable in the end purchasing from him. A credit to the company and I believe I will be back again in the future. 5 stars
