GIVING CHANGE TO THE CAR GUARD MORE IMPORTANT THAN SERVING THE CUSTOMERS

Unwelcoming service, bad attitude by a Sales Lady who lacks manners to even respond back to customer greetings. Bad attitude turned away a prospective contract

Staff working with customers has no mask on and sits at computer touching her face with her hands during this COVID19 pandemic.

The service is pathetic. I honestly buy here twice a month and nothing has improved. Service is extremely slow. They open way after opening hours. Very poor service. The last time the lady who works there made me wait after she had already opened the shop She left..... Came back 15 minutes later and opened the shop so I could buy cartridges

I really hope management can see this. I have laid a complaint in last year aswell. The blond young lady that works in the shop, is extremely rude. I buy ink cartridges almost every second week and the welcoming and service from this lady is soo poor. She makes you feel as if you ough her something. Yester the 20th February, I have once again been treated badly. First she closes the door and leave, which is okay because you also need a 10min break. But once she came back, she was soo rude when she saw 2 customers already waiting. I was first, but I let the older lady go in front. The lady asked for a cooling pad and the shop assistant said the older lady should go and get it on the shelve. While she went, I started asking for which type of Ink I needed, in a very friendly way. The shop assistant then rudely said, can't I see she is already busy with a customer. I have had enough of her bad manners, I will rather drive to president square to the cartridge depot shop.
