Never had any problems at this shop. One of the pharmacists helped me with getting the correct eyedrops. She was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name.

I bought Red Wine Dye , as it is my color because my hair is already Red anyway , i wanted to do Touch up.... And when i dyed my hair the rest of the hair except the Ombre went to a Auburn color , i am so unhappy right now

I phoned to find out about a medical scrub product and asked why the product for 500ml is so expensive, just to hear "go buy it at Emfuleni clinic". I would not asked if it was available at Emfuleni

Wait time om ticket 5 min. Actual wait time 20 min. Stock holding is poor. Indifferent and incompetent staff, extremely unhelpful and condescending, without any provocation. Slow system when you eventually reach the counter. Took 40 minutes.
