No feedback on current situation. Downtime on critical required uptimes. No answering calls and no 24/7 service. Seriously, no 24/7 service in 2021???!!! Ridiculous!!! Specially for paying the amount we currently pay. Owners never available for discussion??? Put your grownups pans on Mega...whatever!

This is my second time posting about Megasurf and this is my experience so far! ️ 1. Great consistent speed & reliability 2. They contact you before you experience any network issues 3. Friendly staff️ 4. I used many different ISP's but Megasurf I got great results I canceled my subscription because of lockdown, I never used it as I told them I won't be using it on the next month as I unplugged everything on the last month of my subscription, but the painful catch is that I wanted to go back but I'm forced to pay half a thousand for the month in which I never used it, reasons why I did not go back

Evry second dag the radio link is off for 2 hours and you stil have to pay for it and when you call seport the phone keeps ringing

When everything goes well you will be very happy with them, but once you get problems you quickly see the pathetic customer service they have. Rude personnel which I am sure stems from horrible management. After cancelling my service with them, I randomly get billed again 2 months later. If you have the option I strongly suggest using a different service provider.

Internet connection is unstable, because the internet constantly turns on and off, even if the hardware on user end is without error. I see absolutely no desire for them to improve it nor provide good customer service. Staff shows lack of support, but makes up for it in snarky, rude remarks. I am deeply disappointed and I would highly recommend getting service somewhere else. The below 3 stars for this business, speaks for itself. (Edit: I am in a household that use this service. I am not the account holder, therefore Megasurf has no record of me but I make use of Megasurf's service. Just because you get a negative review doesn't make my account a fake account. I can assure you that I know the true value of your service, and it is nothing to brag about. There is much room for improvement. And I do hope that this business will take that seriously. I also see that you have edited the snarky, rude remarks you have left for the other negative reviews, which is considerate for Megasurf's reputation and for that I commend you. I hope that Megasurf will sort out further unstable internet connections without users constantly having to let them know that their service isn't working as it should.)
