I had a bad experience today. I went to get new tyres installed, balanced and aligned (Excellent service with regards to this). But I was told by an employee working at "Rapido Wheel & Tyre" that my bolt covers for the tyre came in missing. When I insisted that I had the all bolt covers I was told "what do you want me to do, it was not there when you drove in". I was told by who appeared to be the manager that I could check the camera feed. Later when I asked to view the camera feed, I was told that it was controlled in KZN (Which seemed odd and untrue). I then requested to have it checked in "KZN". I was told that they were closed in KZN, this was at about 16:30 to 17:00. I then asked to come in the next day and have it checked. Shortly after the above mentioned conversation, I witnessed a conversation between the employee's, after which my bolt cover was now found, even though I was told it came into the workshop missing. I was denied a formal apology, and had one of their employee's approach me in a violent manner. I felt intimidated and taken advantage of, even though I spent my own money to give them business. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
