I phoned about my puppy that is sick I was told that they cant help me cause they are not a Vet.and if i cant affort a vet the only way they can help me is to euthanize the puppy...we in the world have you heard of that!This is outrageous!They say they help against cruelty....so what is this called.the dog needed meds not to be killed
