Well we'll well... I went into American Swiss to buy a few Christmas gifts for my loved ones and as I stood there, the assistants if you can call them that stood there, looked me up and down and NONE OF THEM assisted me! I was furious and felt so belittled! I told them that I was going to ta ke my business to Sterns, came to Sterns and not even 20 minutes my account was approved and ALL the ladies assisted me asap!! Welldone Sterns and shame on you American Swiss! I will definitely not be taking my business there ever again!

Love the jewelry, but was not impressed with the staff. Staff had little to no knowledge about the jewelry and did not listen when i asked to have my bracelet fixed and an extra pearl added since i had lost one. They did not even pay attention to me and i payed R400 to get it fix to only find it being to small.

Sterns Vaal mall don't even deserve 1 star. My engagement ring has been there twice in the last year, where the stone keeps on falling out. Now they want to tell us, that I tampered with it... Please man. This is the worst service we have gotten ever. They don't care whether you have sentimental value to the object, they just don't want to take responsibility of selling faulty jewelry. Very VERY disappointed.
