Telkom service centre advised we have to raise our query with Vaal Mall branch. We have been trying to get through on the telephone for weeks now but constantly line is engaged. No where are we able to find the email address and when I went in to Telkom in a branch in Cape Town was advised I need to log a service call. We are going around in circles.Please advise email address for Vaal Mall branch so that we can raise the query
