I was stuck next to the road with a vehicle that could not drive. My Insurance company sent out two guys from Vaal Auto Craft (PTY) Ltd. I wish I had both their names, because both of them was really friendly, patient and overall really professional. Lourens went out of his way to help me understand what the problem with the vehicle was. I feel like he really went that extra mile to assist a client. A really stressful situation for any woman in South Africa was quickly resolved and made a lot less stressful thanks to the guys at Vaal Auto Craft! I would have given them 10 stars if it were possible:)
