Getting most annoyed. Log faults last week. Vaal Networking decided they would only come out Monday16 November as their year end party is on Friday 13 November.. Bear in mind call were logged on Thursday that we experience problems the whole week. Clearly COVID did not affect their business and we who still work from home have to rely on service providers or in this case lack thereof. Emergency Number hardly responds. Wonder if they will deduct the lack of service from our monthly fees...

i have a business to run i depend on wifi my wife has contacted these ppl numerous times still nothing guess what for all the time we been sitting with out wifi ill be deducting it from the initial amount. straight.

The most pathetic customer service I have ever received!!! A waste of money and time! If I could 0 stars I would. I have been having Wi-Fi issues from January till now and they refuse to assist. I had to wait two weeks before a technician could come out, yet not once has payment been late! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!

i am really now getting enough off this on and off wifi cant wait until contract ends so that i can get someone that can deliver service like it should be 8mb line slow on and of off the wifi cant let you know when some thing is wrong
