This branch has a long history of the staff not calling customers back when messages are left. I upgraded to new package with 24 gigs data and have only been getting 10.. Tiro, where is the rest of my data? Vodacom must be the telecommunications company least able to phone it's customers in Sza. Pretty ironic. We do phones but we don't phone!!! Please contact me and explain why I am paying this contract but not getting what I paid for! Amanda I called Tiro 2 weeks ago AGAIN. He still had not resolved the issue. Please fire these people and get people who want to work.

Employees are rude, refuse to assist and the manager is aggressive and just as unhelpful. Worst experience to date with any store.

I'm a university student and I bought a Huawei B315 wifi device for online work. A vodacom helper failed to tell me the username and password of this router's activation. I'm very disappointed because of the time they wasted for me by withholding this information from me. But atleast I solved it after a whole day. And it does work.
