It's not a vape shop, it's just a small pop-up kiosk and they didn't even stock GT Ccell coils. Staff was friendly and helpful though!

Absolutely pathetic costumer service. I ordered a RTA from their online shop ( kelpie RTA) a day later someone called me and told me that they are very sorry but the vapeshop online website is not up to date and that there is no more Kelpie rta's available, this is after i paid for it and the shipping. I told them i wanted to be refunded in full, as this is not my problem. They had excuses, but finally agreed and asked for my bank account number and this was the last i heard from them. I sent countless emails ,called so many times but no one is answering. It is now months later and i still did not recieve my money. Basically the vapeshop stole my money I have tried to get in contact with someone in a higher position and even reached out to them on social media, but still no assistance or answers. Please take your money somewhere else and support other local vape companies The vapeshop can be assured i am not leaving this matter and will be taking this to a higher authority.

I bought a product online 2 months ago, and after I bought it and paid for shipping they informed me that their website wasnt updated and they actually dont have that product. I wanted a refund as there wasnt any other product that I wanted, and even this was an issue. They had to get special permission to give me a refund for THEIR mistake?? They agreed to a full refund and asked my banking details. Since then I have been emailing and calling them constantly to get feedback. It has been more than 2 months and I haven't received my refund. The people I was in contact with stopped replying my emails and nobody answeres their phones. Only the shops do and they're not able to help with online orders. I even reached out to them on instagram and the person Im talking to there is also trying to get them to do the refund. This is the worst service I have ever received from a vape shop, and I will never buy from them again!! Don't waste your time here, they dont care about their customers.
