Horrible horrible service. I ordered stuff for 2 full bathrooms, Concept Tiles said they will deliver within a week. It's been six weeks and still haven't received everything. Waiting for the refund now, probably also going to take 6 weeks. I wished I never did business with these people. The owner does not want to take calls from me. If I phone the store they also do not answer. If you have a family and need working and complete bathrooms, this is not the place for you. I hope I still get a refund. These people are a joke.
