The service personnel was nice but the service not good enough. It took some days after the insurence approval for Glassfit to contact me. Then the glass they brought was incorrect and they only realized after taking out the old one. They then had to go and get the correct one.

Poor poor poor. 6 days later and still they are incompetent to replace a windscreen. They inspect ON the Three Rivers site and still got it wrong. Transferred to PTA and STILL no service! Guys rather go to PG Glass!

Windscreen chip poorly repaired. Paid more than R300 for repair. Two months later window cracked anyway and window must be replaced.

Easy to find the place. Customers are assisted as soon as they arrive. Friendly staff, who display good customer care. Service is quick, leading to very short waiting time. No need to secure appointment, especially when one takes a car in for inspection. Keep up the good work.

Not helpful at all, also have an attitude, rather go somewhere else. If you are going for an insurance inspection save yourself a trip they won't help you, go somewhere else.
