On Friday 13 May I had to make a call that most of us dread to make. I needed help urgently with an old grandmother of 89 that fell and broke her leg. Helpless I called Netcare 911 asking for assistance. I received not only a friendly voice on the other side of the phone but also wonderful assistance. 10 minutes later 3 angels stopped at our house and not only assisted with the emergency but took time out of their very busy schedule to reassure a scarred old lady that they will take good care of her and they did an amazing job. To the 3 wonderful people who assisted us that day, from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU so very much.
