Normally the pizza is pretty good, but tonight the pizza dough was uncooked. It was one big hot mess in the middle. It was raw dough. Ate what we could of it but wasnt very nice.

Neat new shop. Not all items on the menu were available. Cashier was friendly. On collection of tood I asked if fish was inside the boxes as we ordered 1 small fish and chips an 2 medium fish and chips, the cashier responded yes. When we arrived at home only the small piece of fish was with the chips , medium fish was missing. We went back and upon arrival they apologized as the medium fish stayed behind. They made a fresh hot order, as per our request. They apologized again when bringing our order to the table. They did redeem themselves, I appreciate that. Onion rings are very tasty, just a bit oily. Fish portion is adequate. Chips is nice an crunchy but can be a little softer.
This is a very slow Roman's, we waited an hour for 3 salads. The food is not bad but did not receive any salt or pepper. Costumer service is very bad, and they can definitely not cope with rush hour service. You can't even compare this Roman's to the other Roman's service quality
I rated you 3 stars, not because of bad service or any quality issues, but because there is no individual touch. That can be attributed to the fact that you are a franchise. Regardless, I had some pizza pies and they tasted really nice, and I would visit you again.

We absolutely LOVE Roman's Pizza! No place can beat their thick base pizzas. We have tried all but no one comes near! I also enjoy the drive through at the Three Rivers branch as well (phone in to order and just collect at the drive through, no need to get out of the car)! Always friendly staff that are ready to assist! Keep it up Roman's!
