Consultation was a pleasure but expect long waiting periods to finally get your glasses. I phoned the receptionist daily and was told that my glasses will be ready to be collected the following day every time, first in the morning and once morning has passed I was told in the afternoon, it has now been 8 days since my appointment and I am still being told that my glasses are coming the next day, even though I have kindly mentioned that today is the last day I can collect my glasses. There was no effort from their side to find out from the labs when they can expect the glasses but only a “the glasses aren’t ready yet” answer each time. I hope that they can improve their customer service and find out specific dates in which patients can expect to receive their glasses.
