Service was amazing. System was offline. So they took my number and helped me over the phone later on when the system was online again and got my contract the same day. Love them

I'm experiencing the worst service ever from Telkom. They sent me a wrong product and every time I'm going to the Three Rivers branch to tell them of their fault and that they can't bill me on a wrong product I never applied or asked for I'm faced with incompetent and cold employees.

Most pathetic service ever. We wait for longer than an hour to be helped. They take 40min with a customer. Thereafter they make you wait another 20min not doing much behind the computer screen. 20 people waiting in the line. This is unacceptable and utter rubbish!

Terrible. The number does not work... I went in store and spoke to the lady at the counter. I asked her for the number (so I can call and check availability), she confirmed the same number but said "don't bother calling - as they don't answer the phone". Gave me a story about how they cannot answer the phone if they are busy with a customer. I asked even if the store is empty/they are not busy (like they were when i entered the store); she said they still do not answer the phone at all. Very disappointing service from Telkom. Employing 3 persons, and not 1 can answer a call. No way I will drive to the store everyday to be told there is no stock - Tried twice so far, but will not bother any more you just lost a customer to Cell-C.
