They do not deserve even 1 star, they are incompetent, o owe the hospital and was handed over to them, I payed them every month until when the last payment I used a reference that I already payed it's balance fully so i called them to allocate the overpaid amount to an owing account which I knew and even the person who was on the call that day confirmed according to their system that the overpaid amount was gonna clear the owing account, to my surprise when I called again 3 days after i was told that I still have an outstanding balance which I have to pay when I ask how I don't even get a clear answer, i asked the guy who was calling me to direct my call to his superior because he was not making sense to me and again he forcefully wanted me to agree with what he was saying even though I didn't understand i told him I'm never gonna agree with anything or anyone if I don't understand especially where money is involved, he told me he is the one working with my account and his superior are not gonna be of any help, i then asked him that now what must I do if I feel unhelped by a person who is claiming to be the one handling my account,, do I not have the right to speak to the manager regarding my matter? even today I'm still waiting for the manager to help me, I sent several emails to the person called Jackson to alert him of my concern but no response but the time I was still paying my accounts and sending him proof of payments he was always responding to my emails and immediate now he went AWOL now that I need help to where i feel I'm being crooked

My initial review for Vericred was one star, but after speaking with a more competent staff member, I give them two stars. I can tell there is a lack of communication within the company. They seem more interested in getting clients to pay rather than giving a good service.

Terrible service. I continuously am contacted to pay an account which they can't manage to send me a invoice for. I have confirmed my email address and contact number that they are calling me on but they can't seem to send me a invoice over email or SMS.

I originally owed hospital (waterfall netcare), they handed me over to these debt collectors within two months, on the third month I settled the account. The same month I got a message from vericred that they will hand me over to credit bureau if I don’t pay, I then sent them proof of payment that the account has been paid in full and if there is any amount outstanding they must advise. No response nothing and I took that it was settled, fast forward Jan 2021 luckily I subscribe to ITC and I have a default!! I’m disgusted by such careless companies destroying our credit records because of their incompetence!

They do not even deserve the one star! They could not send me a statement for the oustanding account-which I never received from the hospital. The consultant, Louis, then dropped my call. When I called back he went to practise the Jerusalema dance! Who do companies use them for debt collection?

Worst service!! What a horrible company.. they are rude and very unprofessional… Harassing me but I don’t have an outstanding account! I asked to speak to the supervisor of the horrible agent that called me… TWO DAYS later and still nothing, my call was not returned. I have been trying to call them for the past 2 days and no one is picking up the phone!!!!
