My 250iE GTS suffered relatively minor damage in an accident. It took MORE THAN 6 MONTHS (since mid-May 2019), with MANY repeated requests for being updated on the patent lack of progress and communication, to get to where we are. Unacceptably poor service - bike arrived back with speedo not working, flyscreen missing, and 2 weeks later a major leak from the petrol pump. As loyal a Vespa fan I've been, unfortunately no more. Great reception staff (Catherine); the servicing of the bike at required intervals has been done efficiently.

Took my Vespa in for it's first service. Fast and friendly, professional service and treatment. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I sat and waited while the job was being done, used their Wi-Fi and got some of my own work done too. Owning a Vespa just gets better and better. Thanks to Catherine and Clint.
