VFS has not only been efficient during lockdown and extended visas, but they are taking great precautions to keep you and their staff safe by initiating and maintaining social distance and that everyone wear masks. They are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have found that booking the first appointment of the day gets you in and out of the office very quickly!

Covid has probably made the situation worse but had to wait in line outside the centre before being allowed in and then still waited in line for a long time once inside. Just an outcome collection took 2 hours. Only about 1/3 of the till points had vfs staff working and the screens and docetting system was not working. The lady at the entrance we very unfriendly and rude. Not a good experience.
