They are useless liars and deliver worse than poor service. I asked them ten times if they have everything they need. Then 3 days later they have not submitted my application die to my (suddenly after 3 days) incomplete application. I missed my flight due to this pathetic service. The one that answers the phone all the time is the most incompetent I have met, and there are many!!!

Fabulous, efficient service
Got my visa on time and the process was smooth however there are some things they should mention more clearly regarding the pricing and steps going forward. We were given a price verbally for the visa which excluded all of their fees so it was a shocker once we received the invoice. We also had to call them for updates - at that price they should keep people more informed about the process and email clients with updates.
