No one to help with an insurance claim for two days in a row. Told me to come back and no one available. Didn’t even offer help. Asked for Clearwater malls number and he said no. Shocking service.

Apathy would be a great word for describe this store, it's staff, management and its service. It's like they are doing you a favor. Staff continue to have conversations amongst themselves when they are meant to be assisting you. There is no explanation or discussion about the contact you are signing and you literally have to milk the cow get disclosure or details about the contract you are signing. Not recommended.

This has to be the worst service I've received in a Vodacom outlet. Spent two hours in the store, with horrendous customer service to accompany my experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend anybody go there for any type of service. Proceeded to the Rosebank Vodacom outlet, and has great end-to-end service within 10 minutes.

WOW! This is the only VodaShop where anyone must want to go to - great service, wonderful and helpful staff, and one always leaves with a big smile on one's face. I've only ever had great service and fun times here. LOVE IT!
