Went for a sim swop, needed a nano sim card for a new device. The consultant couldn't not perform the task so I opted to port to Telkom.

Shocking and slow service from staff member with the worst attitude. Refused to serve me after waiting for 30 mins and proceeded to go on lunch. Sorry Vodacom after 18 years of being loyal, I WILL be closing my account with you this week. I don't have the staff members name as she would not provide it. But I do have her photo. Don't bother opening an account here or with Vodacom ... neither has done anything to correct this.

Unfortunately it must be said that this Vodacom branch has very poor service delivery. I had once tried to port a number of mine and I ended going back more than 6 times over a span of months. Even waiting to be served is a tedious exercise because you are not aware of long it will take or who exactly to speak to as the staff are not really too helpful. I do not recommended visiting this branch.
