Well intentioned, however slow and uninspired sales staff who are unable to assist with anything resembling a decent timeline. Waited the first time to port and they signed me up on the wrong contract, now I must wait for the whole process to finish again. I've been back 3 times to query my porting back onto the network and the new deal. It's really making me regret choosing them again. So far I've wasted 4 hours of my life trying to get this (or)deal sorted. Would give 0 stars if I could. They just seem not to care.

I had my data roaming switched on, just to find out (when I was already in Europe) that the consultant at Vodacom switched it off instead of on. I had to go 2 weeks without any roaming - which meant no OTPs for banking, health apps or my work SAP system. I could not log into my work VPN and I was in Europe for work... Vodacom shrugged when I enquired what I was supposed to do next. Terrible service :)

The Vodacom in Centurion has the worst services..I arrived at vodacom 9am in the morning. You wait 3 hours just to do sim swap. The consultants are speaking to each other and not working. Please people do your Jobs and what you paid for!!! Consultation 10 looks like his talking to his collegue about last night. Worst service!!!!! I would not recommend this Vodacom to you!!!

Vodacom are the biggest liars and take money via extras you never wanted and DO NOT know what is going on at all. The other day I called customer service and spoke to two consultants. I JUST wanted me account and ended up with 36 totals I mean WHAT! The best is when I spoke to the 1st consultant she gave me different totals ...The same company the same division and you have different totals . Why and how ? When you call Vodacom 'check it out' when you call Vodacom they want you to rate them. The best is the qeustions they ask is focused on 'There service' but when you want to rate VODACOM you cant cause they make you rate them based on the service . The consultant is not the problem, YOU Vodacom are the problem but yet you cant rate them again the are the BIGGEST thief's!
