I was given the number 082-13516(T/F) to accept a cellphone repair job. This number DOES NOT EXIST. I spent two days trying to accept the job. I tried phoning everyone and just ended up getting transferred around. The only way I managed to accept the repair job was because the insurance people called me. PLEASE sort this out ASAP.

Upon upgrading contract, 36 hours later and the shop still hasn't activated the sim card (confirmed by dialling 111). Escalated to manager Hloni, who was dismissive, saying a "simswap sim doesn't need to be activated". Gave assurance that the account would be activated by 5pm yesterday. Still not connected. If this is the service you get at managment level, I strongly recommend avoiding this outlet.
