A Lady by the name of Pearl has helped me twice at this busy store. On both occasions I've not been a happy customer when I walked into the store. She has been professional, courteous and actually listens to customers and Thier needs and frustrations and solves the issues at hand. So to the Lady that would be a Great Brand Ambassador, I say Thank You and may you get the well deserved recognition.

The atmosphere at this shop differs markedly from other Vodacom shops. The people working there have a bad attitude, and the only times that you will be treated politely is if you want to buy a new telephone or get an expensive contract. People wanting to buy prepaid data bundles or airtime are put in a long queue and sighed at as if they're loitering. If you have the misfortune to be sent here for a simswap, you will not be treated kindly. You will find that the document you used to RICA the SIM is suddenly unacceptable. I got asked for a bank statement as "proof of identity" (after banking hours). As a "last chance" they asked me a lot of questions that were cryptic to the point of obscurity eg. "what is your payment plan and when was it last changed?", etc. After failing these they wanted the statement again. When I asked for the manager two people claimed simultaneously to be that person. The people at the Department of Home affairs are more polite. I managed to do the simswap telephonically later, and suggest this course. If you must use a Vodashop, USE ANOTHER!
