Client service needs to be upped, please. Our issue was sorted, yes, but as if we weren't even there, the representative helping us and another was talking the whole time. In our competitive society good client service is important.

Terrible customer service from the store manager. Rarely if ever returns emails and phone calls. Terrible service from vodacom itself. Attempting to change a contract ownership for nearly 2 months now. Incompetence all around.
