THEY SHOULD HAVE A ZERO STAR. I regret the day I EVER signed up with Vodacom for a contract. BE WARNED!!! -- UPDATE - I eventually had to stop their debit order at my bank - (4 months ago) but the bank said I had to go to Vodacom and cancel direct. which I DID. Went through the whole process, they had to phone Head Office (whoever) who asked me questions and then said my account was now closed. They said i would receive notification. I never have. I have heard nothing again from Vodacom since Dec 2020. On 3rd March 2021 I received a message from Vodacom -- "Avoid handover on your Vodacom account Due R560.00 - Please make urgent payment today. " -- !!!!!! -- Yesterday (8th Mar 2021) again went in to see them to see what was going on. According to the surly young lady on counter 3 - the computer did not show my account was closed. She said I just had to pay the amount owing. I did lose my temper because I was so furious, and said I would not! I had already sold the phone, i'm a pensioner and cannot afford any fees which is why I cancelled. I said who was the manager, i'd like to speak to whoever was in charge. She looked bored and deigned not to answer me at all. I'm simply at a loss to comprehend the "laissez-faire" attitude of the staff - not one other person came to ask what the problem was, despite me being beyond upset. It seems because they have jobs, get salaries - they are not concerned with PR and delivering good service. I used to work for one of the largest law firms in the country, and I am seriously thinking of seeking advice. VODACOM DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. -------This was 4 Months Ago I've been in twice to the key west store to CANCEL the contract - BUT THEY ARE STILL DEDUCTING OFF MY ACCOUNT!!!! I AM BEYOND FURIOUS! Now trying to call and the "MAILBOX" is "Full". Might as well close down that store until they get up to scratch.

A Scam! i had my phone's glass and battery replaced. They didn't give me an invoice. Then they lied to my face saying they send the phone away for repairs and that they don't hold a warranty, after i confronted them about my battery swelling after old 7 weeks of use. And now they say i have to pay double to replace the battery again refusing to take liability. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM, PLEASE!
