1. There phone does not work!!!! 2. I had problems after 1 day with my Blackberry and salesman promised on sale of handheld (which I feel is what should happen) that if there are problems within 7 days, it would be replaced immediately! Needless to say - they sent it away and I got it back 3 weeks later - used a few times and left in my bag as not happy with it!! Learn for the US customer service guys. 3. New contract time! I went to store last week Wednesday and said I wanted an IPhone 32MB - well it is a week later and still no reply confirmation or anything
