I went there again asking if they have any Vivo cellphones. They gave me attitude as if I am talking about something I don't know. I am leaving this network too mxm. Managed to get the phone at Markham's Mall Of Africa & guess what? It was under the Vodacom operator.

This store is absolutely shocking. Manager who has the keys to the stock decides to go shopping at Diskem and leaves the customers who are waiting for new phones to wait 20minutes until she decides to return. Gone twice to get upgrades and each time told no sorry that phone is not available so we need to take the one up from the one we want. Is this just another sales game. Had enough of this store. Had 4 contracts with them now 2 and by the end of the year only 1 then none. Used to be the most amazing store. Not anymore.

They need customer service training or something. I went there looking to buy a wifi router. They only answered the questions I asked, it was a Yes, No, Yes, No conversation. They didn't even try to convince me to buy the product. I left without buying anything because I wasn't satisfied with the answers I got
