The service level at this branch must be the worst I have ever experienced..the staff I have interacted with are clueless and incompetent. The manageress has a title with no skill. I upgraded my business phone in October 2019 and it's been a nightmare ever since.I was firstly offered and sold the wrong contract to which the store manageress Charmaine promised to resolve and has not...to date they are overcharging me on this device despite being assured I wont.. Pathetic service really.
