Placed an order on Monday for upgrade of contract specifically asked to be kept in contact. Told Friday. Went to store today after not being contacted and was told no phone and could not tell me when phone will be available!! This is ridiculous

Bought bluetooth earphones for my daughter, got to the car and she opened the container only to find that it was empty, back to the shop on the spot, the person who assisted us phoned the manager we were asked to come back on monday, coould not make it, came to the shop now on Tuesday, lady took the slip and went to the back, being waitong now for an hour and everybody is ignoring us
