The store manager asked if I really actually had a problem, that's why I was there. Other than this we were waiting for a long time, no one took anything seriously, it's all sad and frustrating

Useless waited over an hour, horrible attitude and the manager is just as useless. Made me come back twice and sign paperwork for a phone I never got. Will never go back there. I did try call them before going back but obviously they don't answer their phones I tried numerous times. Tried calling vodacom call center after holding on for over 8 minutes they put the phone down on me so now I'm trying again, been holding over 5 minutes now. So tired of vodacom if I'm honest. I tried to do an upgrade on line gosh what a bad idea not enough space to write what a horrible experience that was. Also found out now that every time I've been upgrading they haven't been moving my insurance over to the new device, they still have old records from 4 years ago!!!!

Went in yesterday to do a sim swap. PAID for it. Was told to wait for an hour in order for my service to be activated. After 4 hours i still had no service. I called Vodacom and was told it was not done. My sim card had been disconnected from the vodacom network. I have been trying to call them, the number is permanently engaged. Horrible service. Im still without a service until now, i cannot make or receive calls or send any Sms's. I have to now go back into the store for them to complete the sim swap process in order for Vodacom to activate my number on the network. Incompetant, lazy staff at this store who do not even want to answer the phone.

Absolutely disgusted. My daughter did a sim swap at 3pm yesterday. By 10 pm calling 135 !found out they in fact did NOT do a swap. Shame on you the person knows who they are! You’re a criminal I hope you get fired!!!

Waited 1:30 hour to apply for a new Sim card , vodacom internal services not available for approval for the application , all my documents and papers where in place and I’m a existing vodacom costumer with that kan kind service I retracted my application I’m very unsatisfied.
