This is a Vodacom with great customer service and efficient staff. We walked in and were greeted and immediately assisted by Valencia. What a pleasure Valencia was. Explained everything and helped us with a debit order issue that 3 different Vodacom stores were unable to resolve. In the time of resolving the debit order/payment issue our upgrade was made ready and everything was done then and there. Valencia is a great employee of the store and a valuable asset to this business. Thanks for the help and great service. Highly Recommend.

I had to wait for someone to assist. The staff in the shop were talking to each other while I had to wait for assistance until the manager or supervisor came out from the back. I paid my account and requested a quote for two tablet's. The lady at Vodacom said she would send it the next morning first thing. I have still not received any quote. The service here is really not satisfactory.

Went to the Greenstone store to purchase more stuff as I had previously purchased a Samsung Galaxy watch and an upmarket smartphone and the lady at the door, Sharon, instead of greeting, says what do you want? When I asked her what the problem is, any why she doesn’t have common courtesy, I didn’t get an apology but an excuse. She says but I asked you what you want. Seriously? Get it right please Vodacom.
