Despite loadshedding we had a very enjoyable time at this Spur after a long trip. Food was delicious and the waitress was very attentive. She informed us beforehand about what we could order and what not. Well done, Big Creek Spur

New management really brought a high standard to this Spur.
Amazing! Celeste is the lady who took care of us and she is most definitely a must in any Spur when it comes to client service.... Thanks Spur Vredendal and also the new appointed Manager who gave us a warm welcome
Visited this Spur many times before and I am sad to say the service is getting worse. Waited over an hour for our food.Waiter did not even give any place mats of cutlery we had to ask for it.I love Spur and may give this one another go. Hope the service is better.
Never eating or ordering take-aways from this Spur again... Food was super oily... I ordered a cheddamelt snitzel... they forgot my sauce... husband ordered a bacon and guacamole burger... no guacamole... internet time says 23:00 but they close at 21:00, so I couldnt go back to collect my sauce. They did still answer the phone but told us to come back the next morning... really?
Cheddemelt snitchel was lovely and big, the shrimp cheese sauce on my rump had only 3 small tails on it (normally 4) and the plate looked really empty and that for almost R150, bit crazy.
Good value for money, friendly folks, fast service. Breakfast was very nice, did not like the chicken livers add on but mushrooms very nice. Cofee was fresh, smoking section not to smelly. Will be back
Took a while before we were seated and even longer before we were assisted. Ordered a breakfast, but they were out of stock of cheesegrillers. The coffee was also very small. No jam for toast! Get your stock management in order! Not even a mint at the end of the meal. Do not recommend... The management is poor, but the waiter was friendly. Edit: they really made an effort to apologize and rectify my experience. Much appreciated.
