The owner Carla, has no idea what customer services is. Normally a trailer rental company have someone on site or made arrangements for clients who return the trailers earlier. To travel an extra 200 km just to keep a arrogant company happy is ridicoulus. Then people complain business is bad - no wonder with service like this what else do you expect.
Good friendly reliable service. Good pricing and they are willing to go the extra mile to assist you.
