Staff were extremely unhelpful and what made our experience worse was the staff made homophobic comments towards my partner and I. Totally unacceptable in this day and age.

In two different occasions the shop didnt have enough stock and said they would get the product from other stores. One has to always follow up and they never call after leaving your details at the shop. I am now stuck with 4 curtians that i cannot put up because the shop has not called me to collect the other 2.
