VERY poor service, that i must phone all the time to find out what is happening with my motivation letter only to be told that it will be ready the next day, then get there and its not done, then to phone there again to find out if it's done but it not. This has been going on for 2 weeks and every time they say it will be ready the next day and after they say that they will phone me back...... I am still waiting for them to phone me but nooo I must phone every time..... This is not a service that I want and will never deal with them again

Thanks to Karen going the extra mile. I have received my firearm license in 2 months. Service is fantastic. No other gunshop can get close to there service.. They have a awesome indoor shooting range, the range officers are always helpfully and very informative. Thank you to Karen and her Team..

Good day Tanya The training that Mr. Waspe attended was in 2008. In this case you will have to make contact with Sasseta and ask them to re issue a certificate. Statement of Results - or as you call it "Competency" - we only started issuing statement of results for training done from 2012.
