This company, although they give you a lot of personal attention and swift responses, does not offer money for value. They offered me 50% of the value (already taking into account remedial work costs) for my vehicle, which I declined. I would definitely not suggest using them, and will not refer them to anyone.

Had such a great experience dealing with my sale. Was looked after so well and didn't have one thing to complain about. Friendly staff and would definitely recommend Jonte Cook as your salesman. Goes above and beyond to insure you have a pleasant experience. Very happy with my car, and would highly recommend using them.

Good quality cars. Try and negotiate with regards to pricing though. This will boost sales even further from satisfied customer recommendations. A 1 or 2 thousand leeway with pricing will gain you more profits with boosted future clientele. Word of mouth will always be the best marketing tool for any business.

Pathetic service and processes. They made me wait for approx. 1 hour before somebody came to attend me. He took me out, inspected my car from outside and then asked me for sales agreement. I told him that I bought it from my good friend so I don't have it right now. He said company needs it even for giving me the final offer price. Its fine if its the part of the process. But if you called a customer, either tell him upfront about all the documents/terms or at least give him your final offer price so that if offer does not suit him he wont face botheration of getting documentation ready for you guys. I was not able to understand why their offer price was dependent upon my sales agreement. If I don't have it, don't buy it as simple as that but whats wrong in inspecting the vehicle and giving customer your final price because you called him and made him wait for 1 hour. Customers also work and they also have to take off from work if they are to visit you.
