The owner of this business is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't cater to her customers needs and doesn't understand basic business policies. She sold us a cake that is raw. Firstly she didn't deliver the cake on time. We were told that they came to work late and that the cake wasn't done mind you me at the agreed time. We were told to come back and fetch the cake at a later time than agreed upon. The cake did not meet the internal specifications. It had no taste and was hard to cut. She did not want to give us a refund for that horrible cake and even started screaming at us. The service that was provided was revolting and I'm shocked that there are still ownerss that run a business in this manner. She did not have the decency to refund us after ruining our celebration. Never again!!!!
