Ive been here since 08.16 am, ive driven all the way from Bloemfontein its now almost 12 and i only get told now MY tyres have been sent to Barloworld, nobody even informed me cause if id known this i wouldve taken it there myself! I paid almost R10 000 and driven all the way here expecting service and communication. The only reason im giving a star is because Sonja is so friendly and helpful. I dont know if Mr Marius reads his reviews, but he should know that im still sitting here and also just been advised at 12.30 i might possibly get my tyres. I understand short staff but dont take my property somewhere else where i couldve done it myself. R10000 is alot of money plus petrol and wear and tear on my car because i believed the quality of service here was worth it.
