They cheated me out my deposit of R4k claiming they had to repair and repaint the flat. And it took three month to attend to repairs I raised on moving in. The admin is helpful but the maintenance team is lacklustre

I believe they can always do better, engage more with clients, not only answer phones to get the job done.

Terrible service and we have been treated even worse !! So called agent we assume Dewald have no idea about customers service and to be helpfull at all !! Very arrogant attitude towards us and we are very dissapointed to say the least !! FIRST AND LAST time.This came as a great shock in todays enviroment !! Well done you have just completely upset 5 customers to say the least!
