Fixated On life

We made a booking for our suzuki for some warranty repairs the booking was for today at 08h30 when we arrived there we were told sorry the guys is not in we have to come back tomorrow and then we have to wait another 3 days to confirm it falls under warranty why make an appointment if cant honor it why dont you phone your customer and make arrangements we are here for a holiday and now half my day is ruined its the most unprofessional service i have ever recieved from any dealer ship in this forsaken country and when you try and phone the phone just goes dead

You battle to get quotations for simple things like parts, and then you can’t buy them. You need to place an order, pay the order, and then wait for the order, and I am not talking about huge amounts of money. The response on this was that they need to protect the business. This was however never explained when the vehicle was bought. I will submit a full statement on exactly what happened.

Great service with sales team (Heidi), however probably 3 years still waiting for feedback/order on cream coloured left back passenger roof handle for 2011 chev. Captiva...spares department make notes and probably throw it in the dustbin as you walk on out.
