Lezaan and her Team was excellent. From taking measurements (Christi), sending quotation and doing the installation. When the team arrived at our home they just knew what to do... which tells me they have vast experience in the industry. The installation team was focused and professional. I would highly recommend them! PS: the blinds looks great and it is making a big difference in “room temperature”.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BILLY PHILIPS BLINDS, WELLINGTON TO ANYBODY. BAD SERVICE AND HERE IS WHY: INSTALLED BLINDS LAST YEAR. AFTER 3 MONTHS , BLINDS ARE THREADING AT THE SIDES, END POINTS FALL OUT AND BLINDS ARE BENDING AT ENDS. AFTER HOW MANY PHONE CALLS AND THREE MONTHS LATER SOMEBODY IS SEND OUT TO HAVE A LOOK. WHAT DOES THE PERSON DO: HE BURNS THE SIDES OF THE BLINDS ( HOLA!!!! BLINDS IS FIXED) SERIOUSLY, I PAID THOUSANDS FOR BURNED BLINDS.
